Now that you’ve been working for a while in your respective industry you might have seen the opportunity to become an effective leader. Also, even if you have limited experience, leadership skills are one of the most valuable skills employers and new businesses need. The BAS Organizational Management-Corporate Entrepreneurship option is open to anyone with a general AA or any transfer track AA. This degree is also open to anyone with an AS degree in Business Administration and Management or Accounting Technology.
The BAS in Organizational Management degree program is one of four bachelor degree programs offered at Gulf Coast State College in Panama City, Florida, and prepares students to become effective leaders in organizations and society.
Getting your bachelor’s degree in organizational management is an important way to fast-track your career. According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, job growth between 2014 and 2024 for management occupations will increase by 6% and which was the highest wage of all the major occupational groups.
